INTRODUCING THE GREENRE IN-HOUSE FACILITATION SERVICE

Developed by GreenRE for property developers as a value-added service

WHAT IS GREENRE IN-HOUSE FACILITATION SERVICE ?

The in-house service will facilitate the GreenRE submission process for property developers. The service is provided inhouse by fully trained professionals who are well versed with the GreenRE tool, its latest revisions and submission criteria. The in-house facilitators will be a member of the CCM to guide the project team in meeting the GreenRE submission criteria to achieve the desired rating.

WHY USE GREENRE IN-HOUSE FACILITATION ?

FASTER AND MORE EFFICIENT
As the service is provided in-house by fully trained professionals who are well versed with the GreenRE tool, the usual lengthy and multiple discussions between GreenRE assessors and third party consultants will be avoided thus resulting in a faster submission process and reducing overall time costs for the developer.
REDUCE COST
The in-house service replaces the need for developers to engage a third party ESD consultant for projects thus reducing one layer of costs.
COMPETITIVE PRICING
The service is provided by GreenRE for the benefit of REHDA members. The objective is to promote green buildings and sustainability.
VALUE ADDED SERVICES
As part of the service, the in-house facilitators will propose green solutions that are optimal for the project within budget and practicality considerations.
