GreenRE Technical Seminar (GRETS 02-2025) Successfully Concluded

We were pleased to host industry professionals at our recent GreenRE Technical Seminar, held on 20–21 May 2025 at Wisma REHDA, Kelana Jaya.

Themed “Calculating Scope 3 Emissions Using the GHG Protocol for Property Development” , the two-day session offered valuable insights and practical tools to support low-carbon strategies across the property development lifecycle.

Key highlights included:
- Understanding Scope 3 emissions and their relevance in the Malaysian context
- Practical guidance on data collection, boundary setting, and emissions calculation
- Integration with reporting frameworks such as TCFD, SBTi, and CDP
- Case study workshops focused on real-world application and reduction strategies

The seminar was delivered by Ir. Gandhi Suppiah, Managing Director of Mindshift Consulting, with over 25 years of experience in multidisciplinary infrastructure projects across design, construction, and lifecycle management.
