The Maple Residences, WCity OUG at Kuala Lumpur was awarded Bronze in the Residential Category by GreenRE Sdn Bhd, thereby making it the first green certified project under WCT Land.

The certification was granted to The Maple Residences, having taken into consideration aspects such as Energy Efficiency, Water Efficiency and Environmental Protection.

Present to receive the certificate award from the Executive Director of GreenRE Sdn Bhd, Ir. Ashwin Thurairajah (sixth from right), was Mr Chong Wah Hing (fifth from left), the Chief Operating Officer – Property Development at WCity OUG Sales Gallery.
