4.    Existing Industrial Facilities v1.1
5.    Residential Building & Landed Home v3.3 
6.    Township v2.0 
7.    Data Centre v1.1
8.    Retail v1.0 (*New Toolkit – Restaurant annex will be absorbed into this tool)

All the updated tools and guidelines can be downloaded from our website (https://greenre.org/rating_tools). The previous version of the tools can still be used until 31st December 2023.
