GreenRE Accredited Professional's No.31 has passed a week ago. We have received a great number of participation for our 31st intake. The training course was held from 16th May 2023 at Opero Hotel, Johor Bahru with the introduction of GreenRE and also our Rating Tools highlighted on the Non-Residential Building and Residential together with other topics. Several topics were continued for the remaining two days including Energy Modelling and Computational Fluid Dynamics, Efficient Air-Conditioning, Daylighting and Artificial Lighting, Water Efficiency, Green Plot Ratio, Rainwater Harvesting, Solar Photovoltaic for Buildings and Township and many others which related to green building and sustainable development. This 31st intake of GreenREAP’s was successfully ended on 18th May 2023. 

This was the third intakes located at Johor Bahru to give more opportunities and also broaden up the understanding and knowledge of active and passive components in building projects specifically for GreenRE certification.

As before, all the participants are from the different background of education and field of work such as engineers, architects, facilities managers, project managers, etc.), green consultants, and also academicians. This course is also applicable for CPD points from Suruhanjaya Tenaga, Institute of Engineering, Malaysia (IEM), Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM), Lembaga Penilai dan Pentaksir Malaysia (LPPEH) as well as GreenRE.
