GreenRE exhibited at the Asia’s Responsible & Emerging Construction (AREC) Conference, held in conjunction with ARCHIDEX 2025. The event, hosted at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre from 23 to 26 July 2025, brought together thousands of professionals, innovators, and sustainability champions from across the region.
A standout moment was the REAL Talks session, where our Senior Assessor, Ts. Intan Siti Zulaikha Mastor, delivered a thought-provoking presentation titled:
“Greening the Past: Sustainable Certification Pathways for Existing Buildings Under Urban Renewal.”
She highlighted the pressing need to retrofit older buildings to meet modern sustainability benchmarks, while also preserving their architectural and cultural value. Her insights showcased how GreenRE’s certification tools can support building owners in reducing operational carbon, enhancing efficiency, and navigating the complexities of urban renewal.
Over the four-day event, the GreenRE booth drew keen interest from developers, architects, engineers, policymakers, and students eager to explore localised, climate-responsive green building solutions.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all who visited our booth and engaged with us throughout the event. Your support reaffirms our shared commitment to a low-carbon, resilient built environment.
