In conjunction with the 4th International Green Building Conference (IGBC) 2024 opening ceremony, GreenRE presented a cheque to Cambodia Green Building Council (CamGBC).

Datuk Seri FD Iskandar presented a mock cheque (with a sum of USD 10,000.00) to Mr Chea Bun Seang (President, Cambodia Green Building Council, CamGBC), witnessed by YB Nik Nazmi, Minister NRES.

This donation will significantly support the Cambodia Green Building Council efforts to build a strong foundation and kick start their certification and training programmes.

CamGBC is a non-governmental organisation under the Architects Association of Cambodia. Earlier this year, GreenRE signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Cambodia Green Building Council (CamGBC) to provide support and knowledge pertaining to green buildings.

GreenRE as a CAMGBC strategic partner will assist camgbc to develop its own local green certification tool (CAMEEL), developing human capital through training and learning development activities as well as to drive further membership into the council.
