𝗣𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗝𝗮𝘆𝗮, 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟯: At the International Green Build Conference 2024, GreenRE unveiled a new set of certification criteria for existing non-residential buildings across the country, such as hotels, offices, malls, schools and healthcare facilities.
The thermal performance of the building envelope, natural and mechanical ventilation, application of renewable energy, and other energy-efficient practices and features are among the requirements for the Energy Certification.
GreenRE Energy Projects are graded across four tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum and Super Low Energy.
