GreenRE The GreenRE assessment scheme was established in 2013 and it is a recognised green building
rating system tailored for the tropical climate. GreenRE sets parameters and establishes
indicators to guide the design, construction and operation of buildings towards increased energy
Rating Tools effectiveness and enhanced environmental performance. The intent of this Design Reference
Guide is to establish environmentally friendly practices for the planning, design and construction
of buildings, which will help mitigate the environmental impact of built structures.
