Breath of fresh air

Preserving top-notch air quality within the confines of
air-conditioned spaces can be challenging. Implementing
an instrument that monitors the chilled water in order to
experience water plant efficiency from the use of temperature
sensors, flow meter sensors and power meter, along with a
constant inflow of fresh air intake, occupants get a steady
supply of clean and fresh outdoor air.

       Passive designs that embrace nature
The building’s orientation has been engineered to capitalise
on the movement of the sun. Paired with a full height atrium
from Level 2 to the sky roof at the core of the building and a
rich tapestry of full-height double glazed low-E glass, plenty
of natural daylight is allowed to permeate the interiors while
effectively mitigating the ingress of heatwaves and reducing
       reliance on artificial lighting.
Green elements are worked into the architectural aspects to
benefit the environment and the well-being of tenants.

       Saving the trees
drastically reduces the air and noise pollution while efficiently
